Fees:
Chartered Accountants generally cost work on the basis of time occupied with each Partner or member of the professional staff having a separate hourly rate. For practical reasons it is uncommon to agree fees in advance, but we would generally try and give an estimate, either at the start, or at any stage during the performance of work.
Complaints:
Most clients will deal direct with a partner and in the event of any problem or complaint, the client has access to the partner responsible for the conduct of his or her affairs. Where clients are dealing with a Senior Manager, then that person is answerable directly to a Partner.
